Mediterranean Spice

Add this spice mix to add depth of flavor to baked or fried sweet-potato fries.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in spice grinder or small food processor and grind briefly to blend.

Cook's Note

If you don't have a grinder or processor, place herbs in a resealable plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
