Warm Apple Thyme Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup apple cider
  • 1 apple, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme

Directions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small saucepan and boil for 3 to 5 minutes, until the juices are slightly thickened and the apples are soft but not broken down. The dressing will keep, tightly covered, in the refrigerator for 3 days.
