Soy Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup light soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 3/4 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon water
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 2 teaspoons chopped garlic

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Serve in individual dipping bowls with any dumpling or roll, or with steamed vegetables.
