Place eggs in a medium saucepan and cover with 1 inch of cold water. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, cover, and let stand 12 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, remove eggs and run under cold water until cool. Peel and halve.
Arrange eggs, ham, turkey, cheese, bread, mustard, and jelly on a dish.
I love how Northern Europeans do breakfast. We were in Austria and Germany many years ago on vacation, and the breakfasts at some of the hotels was fabulous. Alll the cheese, ham/turkey, and granola's/grains offered was such a nice change from the typical American breakfast of eggs, toast, sausage, and bacon (or McDonald's), and much healthier for you too. This looks delicious!
I love to have all different kinds of foods for breakfast. Cold pizza is one of my faves. Love to go to England one sunny day.
Cold cuts and cheeses on Pumpernickel, an American dream lunch made special with hard eggs for breakfast. Came to the states as a toddler and raised by Brits, 50 years later I have always been 100% American. Still like that Euro touch of cuisine however.
