Ingredients

  • Cooked chicken
  • Ginger
  • Assorted vegetables

Directions

  1. Toss together shredded cooked chicken
    and very thinly sliced vegetables (such as
    radishes, carrots, celery, endive, or cucumber);
    dress with minced ginger, lime juice, salt,
    pepper, and oil.
