Avocado is rich in the healthful fats that can raise levels of HDL ("good") cholesterol. Cantaloupe and papaya are high in potassium, which helps regulate blood pressure.

Ingredients

  • 3 slices chilled Hass avocado
  • 3 slices chilled papaya
  • 3 slices chilled cantaloupe
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • Basil

Directions

  1. Arrange avocado, papaya, and cantaloupe on a plate. Drizzle with lemon juice. Garnish with basil.
