First off the temp. is to high. 125 with oven door open at first notch that it will stay open as to let moisture out. 8 to 10 hrs.

I am disappointed with the way this turned out. I love dried blueberries. After two hours the berries were really sticky and uneven. I cooked them more and some ended up burned tasting and others still gooey. Not as easy as you'd think I guess.

How long will they keep for in the pantry?

Could I use good quality frozen blueberries, or must them be fresh?

Can I do this with other fruits, like strawberries?
