Ingredients

Lime juice

Sea salt, like Himalayan or Alaea

1 1/2 tablespoons tomato paste

Ice

10 ounces kombucha
Directions

Wet a glass rim with lime juice and dip into sea salt. Add 2 Tbsp lime juice and tomato paste and stir. Top with ice and kombucha. Stir to combine.
Cook's Note
Spike It: Swap the kombucha for lager. Brooklyn Brewery has a floral aroma and smooth finish.
This has nothing to do with a michelada.........micheladas have beer and don't have tomato paste
