Ingredients

1/4 English cucumber (peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces)

1/2 cup diced honeydew

Ice

Cucumber peel
Directions

Puree cucumber and honeydew in a blender until smooth. Strain and chill. Pour into a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with cucumber peel.
Cook's Note
Spike It: Shake the cucumber-honeydew mixture with 1 1/2 ounce Junmai Ginjo sake.
