1/2 lemon (cut into wedges)
1-inch piece fresh ginger (peeled and sliced)
4 sprigs fresh mint
1 1/2 teaspoons honey
1 to 2 oz water
Muddle lemon, ginger, mint, and honey in a glass. Stir in water. Top with crushed ice.
Spike It: Stir in 1 ounce bourbon.
