Chocolate Pudding

Our no-cook chocolate pudding uses avocados (yes, really) for its creamy base.

  • 3 avocados
  • 6 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Sea salt


  1. Puree avocados, cocoa powder, honey, and vanilla in a food processor until smooth. Sprinkle pudding with salt before serving.

    I was so surprised how delicious this is! I used dark cocoa powder. It is RICH and is super creamy. It is much more decadent than your run of the mill chocolate pudding. I will be making this often I think!
