Flaxseed: An Easy Way to Get More Omega-3s

You know flaxseeds are an ideal (non-fishy) way to get a dose of omega-3s and lower your cholesterol and blood pressure -- but how often do you work them into your meals? 

Try keeping a spice grinder of flaxseeds next to the salt and pepper, and give it a twist when you're seasoning food. (The seeds are especially tasty on cooked vegetables or in oatmeal.) 

If only all supplements were this simple.
