The Martha Stewart Show, March 2010
A few tablespoons of this garlic mixture and hot water combine to make a powerful antifungal foot bath; just don't use it on broken skin.
Ingredients
- 100 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
- 4 ounces fresh sage leaves
- 2 cups cider vinegar
- Hot water
Foot Bath How-To
1. Place garlic and sage leaves in a large jar and add cider vinegar. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 1 month, shaking occasionally.
2. To use, fill a large bowl with hot water and add 5 tablespoons of garlic mixture. Soak feet for 15 minutes, 2 to 3 times a week to help with athlete's food.
