Interval Cardio
Boost cardio intensity with an interval workout. Choose a form of cardio for which you can easily alternate the intensity, such as walking. Warm up for five minutes. On a scale of one to 10, work out at level four or five for five minutes, and then up your intensity to six or seven for three minutes. Repeat the cycle two more times. Cool down, then stretch for five minutes.

Daily Exercise Tip
Craving chocolate? Go for a brisk 15-minute walk instead, and you'll be more likely to skip the treat. It appears that short bouts of physical activity can help boost your mood and energy levels, which can help you avoid turning to foods like chocolate for a kick. Try to squeeze in at least two 15-minute walks a day.

    I really like the thought for the day - Will they be available for week 3?

    I have been do Leslie Sansome walking program, I lke them. So I am off to a good start. This exercise seems to be helping my neck and back pain and also makes me sleep better YEAH!!!
