S Factor Pole-Dancing Workout

An empowering pole-dancing exercise program designed by actress Sheila Kelley, S Factor combines ballet, yoga, and striptease to nurture a woman's natural shape while promoting health and confidence. These popular classes contain a mixture of stretching, strengthening, and abdominal and cardio movements to sculpt and tone the entire body; a collection of polework designed for all levels of athletic ability; and a selection of liberating striptease movements that prompt students to embrace their sensual sides.

Involving no nudity, S Factor classes are held in studios without mirrors to encourage women to focus on how they feel rather than how they look.
