Aging Tips and Table T
Martha and Sir Harold Evans chat about the importance of staying active as you age, and they play table tennis with Marty Reisman.
At 81, renowned newspaper editor, former Random House president and publisher, and author Sir Harold Evans has no plans to slow down.
Beginning his career at 16 as a reporter for a weekly newspaper in Ashton-under-Lyne, Lancashire, England, Evans went on to become editor of "The Sunday Times" for 14 years, during which he brought public attention to several stories and scandals, many of which were officially denied or ignored.
Currently serving as an editor-at-large for The Week Magazine and a contributor to The Guardian and BBC Radio 4, Evans credits his energy and enthusiasm to a cheerful, optimistic attitude as well as regular swimming, table tennis, and chess.
Watch Evans play table tennis and chat with Martha about his memoir, "My Paper Chase."
