Warrior II
This pose increases leg, back, and arm strength. Standing at the top of your mat, step your right foot back about 4 feet and turn it 90 degrees to the right. Turn your left foot slightly in. Adjust your torso so that it faces to your right, inhale, and raise your arms out, shoulder blades wide, palms down. Exhale, bending your left knee until your thigh is parallel to the mat. Switch sides.

yogajournal.com --I googled this site and it has step by step instructions.
Thank you for the site
I am among the people who recognized the importance of sport and Aliuge to follow that change from human Maud
Try Yoga Journal for pose-help. This site (http://www.yogajournal.com/poses/finder/browse_index) has step-by-step instructions for each of these poses.
What good are these if I cannot print together with instructions. I am sure they are beneficial but hello - no good without print
I agree. The assumption is that EVERYONE knows how to do these. Not so. And I know from experience that a couple of them done incorrectly will set you back a few days. Maybe a link to instruction pages, please? Thanks.
I agree with you Quepina. People need to be able to print the whole sessions. It would be a great reference. I hope you follow up on this.
Nice if I can print the whole session with the instructions, so I can practice the 6 poses at a glance
