Want to calm down but still honor your anger? This move will help you channel your frustration in an active, constructive way.
Stand with feet hip-width apart, step your right foot back about 2 feet, and bend your left leg slightly. Inhale and reach your arms overhead.
As you exhale, pull your fists down to your hips. At the same time, kick your right leg forward, foot flexed, and say "Ha!" as you draw your navel in and up. Repeat 5 to 10 times, then switch sides.
