i am eating this right now, didnt have bananas or raspberries so subbed strawberries, it is delicious and SUPER filling. i think this may be my new favorite breakfast!
This recipe is great! It took a little while for me to get used to quinoa as breakfast food, but after fixing this a few times, it has become my new breakfast favorite! I make it with almond milk (you need some kind of milk, and not water, in order to achieve that breakfast cereal creaminess) and I always add bananas, but you can use any berries you like and it turns out great! What a healthy, filling, tasty way to start the day!
could you use almond milk or water instead of skim milk?
