Baked Kale Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch torn kale leaves (stems removed)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt
  • Lemon zest (from 1 lemon)

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange kale on two rimmed baking sheets. Drizzle evenly with olive oil and toss. Season with salt. Bake, rotating trays once, until crisp, 12 to 15 minutes. Toss with lemon zest.

    They were very light and crispy. Melt in your mouth. I can't say I would ever have a craving for them but I am trying to get more dark leafy vegetables in every day so this may be made again.
    I have one question. How can these be stored without losing their crispiness?
