Orange-Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 navel oranges, peel and pith removed, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.

    I agree this is a great smoothie when you add about half a cup of yogurt and a little honey. My kids love it and its a healthy snack or even breakfast!

    Hey I have a question...do u have to use frozen fruit or can u use fruit that's not frozen and just add ice??

    Tastes very well. I just added a little honey .... hope you don't mind.

    I'd suggest adding 1/2 to 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt to this as well, to get a smooth, creamy flavor, and adding about 2 tablespoons fresh honey as well. This will help lower the sourness of the berries, and both the yogurt and honey are AMAZING for your health!!
