Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen blackberries (8 oz.)
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons toasted wheat germ

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
