Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat buttermilk
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 11 dates, dried and pitted
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup ice

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
