Chamomile-Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strong chamomile tea, room temperature
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Directions

  1. Freeze chamomile tea in an ice cube tray.

  2. Combine with remaining ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
