Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped watercress
  • 1 julienned carrot
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1/2 mashed avocado
  • Salt
  • 1 halved cabbage leaf

Directions

  1. Toss watercress with carrot, mint, avocado, and salt. Roll in cabbage leaf.
