Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole-wheat bread
  • 2 tsp cherry jam
  • 2 to 3 escarole leaves
  • 2 oz sliced ham
  • 3 small slices Parmesan (1 oz)

Directions

  1. Spread jam on both slices of bread. Top one slice of bread with escarole, sliced ham, and Parmesan. Top with second slice.
