Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole-wheat bread, toasted
  • 1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 slice Swiss cheese (1 oz)
  • 2 oz sliced turkey breast
  • 3 to 4 dried figs, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley leaves

Directions

  1. Drizzle toast with oil and vinegar. Top one slice of toast with cheese, turkey, figs, and parsley. Top with the second slice.
