Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp hummus
  • 2 slices whole-wheat bread
  • 2 oz sliced turkey
  • 1/4 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 pickled cherry pepper, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 Tbsp grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup pea shoots

Directions

  1. Spread hummus on two slices bread. Top one slice bread with turkey, peppers, onion, Parmesan, and pea shoots. Top with second slice.
