What isn't yoga good for! I need some new yoga clothes and a yoga mat though, any ideas of where to get one for cheap?

What ever you want to eat, just do yoga regularly, then your body will be fit and fine.

For Magic Mermaid, try taking yoga classes. The energy of the group will banish the boredom. It doesn't matter if you know what is going on. Stay in the back until you do. There are lots of different types of yoga. I like Ashtanga because it keeps moving. Don't give up on yoga yet.

I so wanted to love yoga so I took a private class so I didn't have to try to keep up with others who knew what they were doing. Sadly I was so bored I think I'll go back to dancing.

Just starting yoga. This looks like a good place to begin!
