 Just because the ground is starting to freeze doesn't mean planting has to come to a halt. Spanish designer Marti Guixe has maximized the fun seeds can offer with Plant-Me Pets. Made from compostable natural latex rubber, these all-too-adorable creatures have tomato, melon, or pumpkin seeds as eyes. Come spring, after you've had your fun with them (they actually squeak), stick the little devils face-first in a pot of soil or in the ground, add a little sunshine and water, and watch your friend magically disappear and turn into food.
