Reader to Reader: Breaking Bad Habits

This month's winner is Molly Burke from Plano, Texas. She'll receive the Fitness Gift Bag from our May 2009 issue, which includes workout clothes from Prana, a balance ball, resistance bands, a water bottle from Gaiam, and a selection of DVDs from our favorite exercise mavens, including Martha Stewart's own trainer, Mary Tedesco.

Molly's Letter
"I wanted to start yoga, but when it was time to go to class I always had an excuse. Then I spoke with a friend about signing up together. The sessions start at 6:45 a.m., but we haven't missed one. We motivate each other to wake up and go, and reward ourselves by grabbing breakfast after. Doing this with my friend helped me achieve my goal and also brought us closer."

This Month's Contest
One lucky reader will take home a variety of products from the new line of organic goodies from Origins.

For a chance to win, share your wisdom on the following: How do you manage to stay calm and centered throughout the holidays? What's your secret for slowing down and savoring the season? Find other readers' stories in our December 2009 issue
