The challenging workouts at Physique 57 help celebrities such as Kim Raver, Kelly Ripa, and Christy Turlington stay in great shape. Using a process called "interval overload," this focused cardiovascular program features interval training sets that use your own body weight for resistance, targeting and overloading muscles to the point of fatigue and then stretching them for relief to give your body a long, lean shape.

With a variety of exercises working all major muscle groups, Physique 57 is a transformative fitness program whose intense classes allow people to achieve rapid, obvious results. A ballet barre is used in class to help balance and properly position the body, allowing students to quickly build strength. If doing exercises at home, Physique 57 co-founder Tanya Becker advises using the back of a chair to serve the same purpose.
