    I have made this adding broccoli in with the cauliflower and using larger breadcrumbs-it was a hit! Very easy to make

    I added chunks of canadian bacon and the dish was wonderful... ham would work well, too!

    Pretty simple to prepare - very delicious and satisfying! I had mozzarella on hand, so used that instead of Gruyere - still turned out wonderfully. We will definitely be making this as part of our standard fare.

    Very good and easy! I used store bought breadcrumbs plus sauteed a sweet onion and garlic plus different cheeses, like goat cheese and Mozzarella since that was in the frig.... Also very tasty!

    This is just too good! I am not a great fan of cauliflower but we absolutely loved this - the texture is soft and crunchy at the same time. I have made this over and over!

    This is a great dish - I've created a variety of variations including adding additional spices such as nutmeg, sometimes adding onion or even other vegetables like mushrooms. This is great base recipe from which one can be creative with different flavors!

    This was a huge hit in my house - an instant favorite. Before baking, I rubbed the baking dish with crushed garlic and added a bit of nutmeg to the mixture.
