Great with Bobotie (a ground lamb casserole). Martha has the recipe.
I liked the potential of this dish, but it came out a little dry for me. I added more honey, but maybe next time I'll just reduce the quinoa like justjohanna.
This is a great salad! I added a little spoonful of plain yogurt on top...delicious!
This is an amazing salad.......I used dried cranberries
This is so delicious. I used about 3/4 of the batch of quinoa and left out the mint, as I am not a fan. I also used a Fuji apple, as that is all I had. This is really worth making and a fantastic salad to add to my list of recipes. Thank you
I just LOVE the texture of quinoa- deliicious
Excellent flavor and easy to prepare. The presentation is nice too...pretty color! Great flavor combinations of sweet honey, apple and currant, spicy curry, and mint! Makes a great first course, side dish, or to bring to work for lunch!
This is another one of my favourites. Quinoa is fantastic! The combo of sweet and spicy in this dish is absolutely scrumptious!
This is a superb recipe. Only draw back it is hard (at least in Calabash) to find Quinoa. A friend had some she bought in MD. It is so tasty!
Would be nice for diabetics if the sugar grams were included.
