    I made these pretzels tonight and they are great! This dough was very simple. I made the dough last night and stuck it in my fridge to rise. I should have used parchment because I painted them with butter which caused them to stick to my baking sheet. I made some cinnamon sugar, kosher salt and fresh parmesan. Perfectly crisp on the outside and soft in the middle. Delish!

    im not much of a baker but i thought i could handle this recipe. two and a half hours from start to finish and i get rubbery disgusting pretzels!
