The simplest desserts can be the most delicious; the very freshest green, red, and purple grapes become special when set on shaved ice and served with a bit of dessert wine.
- 1/4 pound green grapes
- 1/4 pound red grapes
- 1/4 pound purple grapes
- 1/4 cup Beaumes de Venise, or other dessert wine
- Thoroughly wash and pat dry each bunch of grapes. Divide among 4 dessert plates and serve each with 1 tablespoon of the dessert wine.
