Avocado and Mango Milkshake
Drink this delicious shake right away before the avocado oxidizes and turns brown.

- 1 avocado, pitted and peeled
- 1 mango, peeled, pitted, and coarsely chopped
- 1 pint low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup low-fat milk
- Combine all of the ingredients
in a blender
and puree until smooth,
adding more milk to
thin if desired.
