Soy Dipping Sauce
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 3/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon water
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
- Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Serve in individual dipping bowls with any dumpling or roll, or with steamed vegetables.
