Dark Chocolate-Dipped Cherries

- 8 ounces (2 cups) sweet cherries
- 1.5 ounces melted dark chocolate
- Dip the bottoms of cherries in chocolate. Let excess drip off.
- Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate about 15 minutes.
