- Yield Makes 4 breadsticks
- One 12-by-2-inch loaf of bread
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Slice the bread in quarters lengthwise. Place the 4 bread-sticks on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- Drizzle oil over each breadstick and sprinkle with salt.
