1. Standing with feet together and parallel, inhale as you lift the barre overhead, hands close together. Stretch your arms to your ears and exhale.
2. Inhale, and stretch over to your left, keeping your arms close to your ears and your inner thighs together.
3. Exhale as you straighten up. On the inhale, stretch over to the other side, keeping your arms stretched to your ears and your inner thighs together.
