Ingredients

    • 4 cups Freekeh (http://www.wholeliving.com/147530/freekeh)
    • 1 cup Caramelized Onion Jam (http://www.wholeliving.com/147507/caramelized-onion-jam)
    • 1 cup Seared Kale (http://www.wholeliving.com/147531/seared-kale)
    • 12 slices Roasted Butternut Squash (http://www.wholeliving.com/147532/roasted-butternut-squash)
    • 1/2 cup toasted hazelnuts
    • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine freekeh and onion jam. Add kale, squash, and hazelnuts and toss. Season with salt and pepper.
