- 1 cup Seared Kale (http://www.wholeliving.com/147531/seared-kale)
- 12 slices Roasted Butternut Squash (http://www.wholeliving.com/147532/roasted-butternut-squash)
- 1/2 cup toasted hazelnuts
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine freekeh and onion jam. Add kale, squash, and hazelnuts and toss. Season with salt and pepper.
