- Stand with feet together. Bend knees, pull in navel, lengthen spine, lean forward, and reach arms up. Inhale slowly for 4 counts. As you exhale, twist and bring palms together in front of your chest. Reach right elbow onto left knee. Hold for 4 counts; return to start, switch sides, repeat.
- Do 10 twists (5 on each side). Bend forward, straighten legs, and hang for 10 breaths.
