Apple, Carrot, and Ginger Smoothie
- 1 cup fresh carrot juice
- 1 green apple, peeled, cored, and chopped
- 2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
- 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Freeze carrot juice in an ice cube tray.
- Combine with remaining ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
