- 1 cup strong chamomile tea, room temperature
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- Freeze chamomile tea in an ice cube tray.
- Combine with remaining ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
