Creamy Strawberry Smoothie
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries (10-oz. package)
- 3/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
