Sharp Cheddar, Hummus, and Sprouts
Add sliced pickle for a ploughman's variation. (Beer optional.)

- 2 tablespoons hummus
- 1 large whole-grain cracker
- 1 slice sharp cheddar
- 1 tablespoon radish or alfalfa sprouts
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Spread hummus over cracker and top with cheddar and sprouts. Season with pepper.
