Avocado Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped watercress
- 1 julienned carrot
- 10 mint leaves
- 1/2 mashed avocado
- Salt
- 1 halved cabbage leaf
Directions
- Toss watercress with carrot, mint, avocado, and salt. Roll in cabbage leaf.
