Turkey and Swiss with Grapes Sandwich
- 1 6-inch whole-wheat baguette, sliced and toasted
- 1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 slice Swiss cheese
- 2 to 3 escarole leaves
- 3 oz sliced turkey
- 1/4 cup grapes, halved
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Drizzle toasted baguette with oil. Top one slice of the baguette with cheese, escarole, turkey, and grapes. Season with pepper. Top with the second slice.
