Ham and Cherry Sandwich
- 2 slices whole-wheat bread
- 2 tsp cherry jam
- 2 to 3 escarole leaves
- 2 oz sliced ham
- 3 small slices Parmesan (1 oz)
- Spread jam on both slices of bread. Top one slice of bread with escarole, sliced ham, and Parmesan. Top with second slice.
